About Us

Volunteering Gloucestershire is a partnership between Third Sector Services (TSS) and Gloucestershire Association of Voluntary and Community Action (GAVCA)

TSS is a company limited by Guarantee and a Registered Charity, formerly operating as Cheltenham Volunteer Centre. TSS has been delivering volunteering services since 1982. TSS mission statement is; 'to inspire and enable people to reach their potential through involvement in voluntary and community activity'. TSS also operates three Community Transport services from Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury.

GAVCA is a local support and development organisation which works to strengthen voluntary and community action in Gloucestershire through advice, support, representation and a collective voice for local voluntary and community organisations. It is a member-led company limited by guarantee (35011904) and registered charity (1068715).
